Where are your products sourced from? 

Shea Butter is extracted from nuts of the Shea tree which are native to West and East Africa.  Mango butter is extracted from dried-kernels/seeds from the mangoes. Mango Jelly is extracted or sourced from the mango fruit itself therein the reason for its yellow color and subtle scent of mangoes. 

Oh My Glow gets all their products from Kumasi and Accra Ghana.

Where are the products being shipped from?

Brooklyn, New York.

How long will it take to fulfill my order and ship it?

3 to 7 business days – of course Oh My Glow is committed in getting your products to you as soon as possible.

What should I be aware of as far as allergens in your products? 

Mango Butter/Jelly – those who is allergic or senstitive to mangoes should avoid it. Shea butter (raw/plain) – anyone who is allergic to the nuts from the shea tree. Whipped Shea Butter – those who are allergic to Vitamin E should avoid this. Please be sure to choose an essential oil that you are NOT allergic to.

Is Sendle my package delivery company? 

While Sendle manages your package’s journey and provides the tracking information, they often partner with major carriers like USPS, FedEx, or DHL for the final delivery to your doorstep. Think of Sendle as the behind-the-scenes coordinator, ensuring your package arrives safely and sustainably, while the final delivery might be handled by a familiar face in the shipping world. 

My tracking number is not working at all.

You may get a shipping tracking number immediately after ordering. Your order is currently in processing mode and may take some time for us to get to. So, it’s understandable to be concerned when your tracking information isn’t updating. Once we have completed your order, we will wait for our delivery partners to pick up your order. Sometimes there can be a delay of up to 24 business hours for scans to show up in the system.

However, if it’s been longer than that, we recommend reaching out to us directly. We can then investigate further on our end and provide you with the most up-to-date information about your package’s location and estimated delivery time.

What is your refund policy?

Only exchanges, no refunds. For details, please visit our policy page.

Can I pick up the order if I’m local to NYC?

All orders are to be shipped to a proper and complete address.

What are your payment options?

We offer a variety of convenient payment options to suit your needs. You can choose from secure digital wallets like PayPal, Venmo, and Google Pay for quick and easy checkout. We also accept major credit and debit cards for traditional payments. If you’d prefer to pay in installments, we offer Pay Later through PayPal. And for those who love Apple Pay, stay tuned – we’re actively working to add that option in the near future!

What if my order gets lost during transit or stolen after delivery?

We know losing a package is frustrating, so we’ve partnered with Sendle to offer free Sendle Cover on eligible shipments. This means that if, in the rare event your package is lost, you may be covered for up to $100-$150 depending on the shipping option you chose. While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, this added layer of protection lets you shop with confidence.  

Unfortunately, Sendle Cover doesn’t extend to packages stolen after they’ve been delivered. This typically falls under the responsibility of your home or business insurance. It’s always recommended to track your packages closely and retrieve them promptly once they’re delivered to minimize the risk of theft.

However, we do want to assist in any way we can. If you believe your package has been stolen, please contact us immediately. While we can’t provide direct reimbursement, we can help investigate the situation with Sendle and potentially provide supporting documentation for any insurance claims you might need to file.

 What if a package was damaged during transit?

We understand how disappointing it is to receive a damaged package. We take great care in packaging your orders, but sometimes accidents happen during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us as soon as possible. We’ll work with Sendle to investigate the issue and find the best solution, whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another resolution that makes sense for your situation.Â
