Refund and Returns Policy

ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Effective as of: August 7, 2024

  1. EXCHANGES ONLY. We only allow exchanges, not returns for refunds. Online purchases can be exchanged within 10 days of delivery. To initiate an exchange, email us at with your order number and reason for exchange. We will provide a return authorization. Items shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Exchanges may take up to 10 business days to process after we receive your item.
  2. RETURN SHIPPING. Shipping instructions will be included with your return authorization.
  3. INELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
    • Clearance items
    • Final Sale items
    • Perishable items
    • Special-Order items
    • Custom Products
    • Gift Cards

We may refuse returns or exchanges at our discretion if the items do not meet the criteria in this policy.

  1. CONDITION OF ITEMS. Items must be new, unused, and in sellable condition with all original packaging and tags. Exceptions are made for items damaged at the time of purchase.
  2. FORM OF PAYMENT. Refunds (if issued) will be in the original payment method, minus shipping and handling fees, unless otherwise stated. If the original payment method is unavailable, we may issue store credit.
